Production Scheduler / Production Pilot (M/F)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Production Scheduler to join its Planning & Scheduling Assembly department in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a 15‑person team that drives the weekly production planning rhythm for the Engine Pylon Assembly Unit.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate weekly progress updates from all assembly lines and drive the production planning rhythm.
• Support assembly lines in creating realistic short‑term production schedules that respect equipment, material and workforce constraints.
• Compile performance summaries to give management clear visibility of unit performance.
• Ensure manufacturing orders are released on schedule and resolve issues arising from the MRP cascade.
• Develop and maintain a workload model to monitor capacity alignment for resources and equipment.

Required profile

• Experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams (Production, Engineering, Logistics, Quality, Procurement).
• Good communication skills and capability to present performance data to management.
