Production Operator – Gas Cylinders

About the role
This 4‑month contract position supports a gas‑cylinder production line where precision, safety and consistent quality are paramount. The operator works independently in a hands‑on environment, handling assembly, labeling and inspection tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and inspect gas cylinders before and after assembly.
- Re‑assemble cylinder caps after fitting.
- Perform basic maintenance using screwdrivers and power tools.
- Apply labels and install heat‑shrink sleeves on cylinders.
- Carry out quality control checks to verify correct assembly and labeling.
Required profile
- Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Strong punctuality and strict adherence to safety procedures.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Experience using production tools and equipment.
Required skills
- Power tools
- CACES Category 3 (R489) certification (desirable)
