Production Line Supervisor (Cable Assemblers)

About the role

Rehlko, a manufacturer of engines, generators, power conversion equipment, UPS systems, EV components and clean energy solutions, is looking for a production line supervisor in Cholet. The role manages a team of about twenty cable assemblers working on several production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of about twenty cable assemblers dedicated to several production lines
• Organise the human and material resources needed to launch production orders
• Monitor production in real time across safety, quality, cost and delivery targets
• Carry out preventive and corrective follow-ups of line needs
• Pilot the daily stand-up and weekly follow-up meetings
• Manage line KPIs (safety, quality, cost, delivery) and related actions
• Interface with support services such as planning, logistics, quality, industrialisation and methods
• Take part in lessons learned, project kick-off and progress meetings

Required profile

• Confirmed experience managing a production team
• Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and ability to mobilise teams
• Ability to optimise production and handle technical and human issues independently
• Electrotechnics training
