Production Island Manager (Cable Assemblers)

About the role

Rehlko, a manufacturer of engines, generators, power conversion, UPS systems, EV components and clean energy solutions, is looking for a Responsable îlot de production in Dagneux. The post manages a team of 8 to 15 cable assemblers working on the production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of 8 to 15 cable assemblers dedicated to the production lines.
• Organise the human and material resources needed to launch production orders.
• Monitor in real time progress on quality, cost and deadlines.
• Carry out preventive and corrective follow-ups on line needs.
• Pilot the daily meeting and the weekly follow-up meeting, and update the line's KPIs.
• Interface with support services such as logistics, quality, industrialisation and methods.
• Take part in lessons learned (REX) meetings and project launch and progress meetings.
• Perform assembly and wiring operations.

Required profile

• Training in electrical engineering.
• Proven experience managing a production team.
• Able to optimise production and handle technical and human issues independently.
• Natural leadership, sense of responsibility and ability to bring teams together.
