Production Interface Engineer – Customer Services

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Production Interface Engineer to join its Customer Services team in Toulouse. The role focuses on improving production efficiency and ensuring on‑time delivery by acting as the bridge between Airbus production units and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the ASO ordering team, handling plant production coordination, sales order follow‑up, packaging requirements, and AOG support.
• Support supply activities by requesting quotations, tracking orders, and managing manufacturing activities with PMR and suppliers.
• Perform Tech Data delegation and Certifying Staff tasks, including issuing EASA F1 documents and updating master data in SAP.
• Lead internal and partial projects, prepare reports and presentations, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Advise on process improvements between Production Units, Production Interface, and SATAIR, acting as a knowledgeable SAP user and supporter for subcontractors.

Required profile

• University degree in a Supply Chain‑related discipline.
• Experience in production or supply‑chain environments, preferably in aerospace.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• SAP (master data, order management, reporting).
