Production Assistant Internship (Creative Agency)

About the role

Fred & Farid Paris is seeking a Production Assistant Intern to join its Production team. You will work closely with creative teams to support the development and execution of advertising campaigns and creative content, gaining hands‑on experience across all production stages.

Key responsibilities

• Assist producers with project coordination and production follow‑up.
• Create and update production timelines.
• Handle operational and administrative tasks for projects.
• Research talent and partners based on production needs.
• Help prepare and organise shoots.
• Track deliverables and coordinate between stakeholders.
• Monitor creative trends, emerging talent and innovations in production, communications and digital.

Required profile

• Student in communications, advertising, audiovisual production, marketing or a related field.
• First experience through an internship or apprenticeship in a communications agency or production company.
• Strong interest in creativity, art, visual culture and the creative industries.
• Organised, rigorous and reliable.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Professional working English.

What we offer
