Production Assistant Intern – Creative Agency

About the role

Fred & Farid Paris is seeking a Production Assistant Intern to join its Production team. The intern will work closely with creative teams to support the development and execution of advertising campaigns and creative content, gaining exposure to all stages of production from brief to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist producers with project coordination and production follow‑up.
• Create and update production timelines.
• Handle operational and administrative tasks for ongoing projects.
• Research talent and partners according to production needs.
• Help prepare and organise shoots, including logistics and equipment.
• Track deliverables and coordinate communication between stakeholders.
• Monitor creative trends, emerging talent and innovations across production, communications and digital.

Required profile

• Student in communications, advertising, audiovisual production, marketing or a related field.
• First experience in a communications agency or production company (internship or apprenticeship).
• Strong interest in creativity, art, visual culture and the creative industries.
• Organised, rigorous, reliable and proactive.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Professional working English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in using AI tools for production tasks.
