Production Agent (m/f) – Temporary Full‑time

About the role

Iziwork, the leading digital staffing agency, is looking for Production Agents to work at the Fournier group factories near Thônes. The position is temporary, full‑time and includes a free shuttle service from Annecy train station to the plant each morning and at midday.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble furniture components according to specifications.
• Package finished furniture for shipment.
• Prepare components and parts for the production line.
• Sort items and perform quality‑control checks.
• Receive raw materials and manage outbound shipments.

Required profile

• Open to beginners; no prior experience required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle manual tasks.
• Team‑oriented mindset.

What we offer

• Hourly wage of €12.40 plus 10% end‑of‑mission indemnity and 10% paid‑leave premium (total gross €15.00).
• Shift schedule 2 × 8 hours (5:00‑12:48 / 12:48‑20:36), Monday‑Friday, no weekend work.
• Meal and team bonuses for 2 × 8 shifts, presence and hardship premiums for specific roles.
• 13th‑month payment, attractive CET with 10% annual interest, advance requests within 24 hours.
