Product Owner / Salesforce (M/F)

About the role

Magellan, an international management and technology consulting group, is looking for a confirmed Salesforce Product Owner based in Paris. The role covers the full Salesforce project cycle, from requirements gathering to go-live, working on major transformation projects such as generative AI and intelligent platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and challenge business needs
• Formalise requirements as User Stories and maintain the product backlog
• Propose functional solutions suited to integration teams
• Support change management, including training, communication and user support
• Advise stakeholders and take part in testing, data migration and go-live deployments
• Manage priorities and organise the backlog, contributing to overall project management

Required profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business or engineering school
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience creating and managing backlogs (Epics, User Stories)
• Ability to model and present business processes, especially around customer relationship management
• Experience in change management (training materials, communications, user support)
• Professional English (mandatory)

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least two Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) (mandatory)
