Product Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Product Marketing Manager at Swan, you will make the company’s banking‑as‑a‑service products easier to understand, position and bring to market. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Account Management to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer verticals, target audiences and competitive landscape.
• Define differentiated messaging and positioning for Swan’s products and capabilities.
• Partner with Product and Marketing to create and execute go‑to‑market plans for new features and releases.
• Produce sales collateral, enablement materials and internal tools to support consistent product communication.
• Use customer feedback, market trends and competitor intel to refine messaging and identify new opportunities.
• Monitor impact of product‑marketing initiatives and apply insights to future launches.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of product marketing experience on complex tech products.
• Proven ability to turn technical capabilities (APIs, financial tools) into clear benefits for business and technical buyers.
• Track record of end‑to‑end GTM execution, from strategy to impact measurement.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable using market trends and sales feedback to prioritize projects.
• Full professional proficiency in English (C1/C2).
