About the role

Join Decathlon's New Business domain as a Product Marketing Manager focused on circular services such as Second Life, Rental, and Repair. Based in Lille or Paris, you will work in a fast‑moving, scale‑up‑like environment to turn these innovative solutions into global growth levers.

Key responsibilities

• Gather market and user intelligence to define product‑market fit and maintain a feedback loop influencing the roadmap.
• Develop strategic positioning and messaging, creating assets like landing pages, CRM content, and storytelling frameworks for local activation.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies, building scalable launch playbooks and leading “Meet the Product” sessions.
• Measure adoption and ROI through data‑driven analysis, refining product vision and activation tactics.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in product positioning and complex GTM execution within innovative settings.
• Strong business and analytical acumen to translate KPIs into actionable plans.
• Excellent influencing skills across product, business, and marketing teams without direct authority.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity and results‑oriented.
• Fluent English for daily international collaboration.
