Procurement Partner – IT Buyer (Permanent)

About the role

As an IT Procurement Partner at Najar, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s IT purchasing strategy. Working closely with Finance, IT and other internal teams, you will help streamline procurement processes, drive cost‑effective decisions and strengthen supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Optimize procurement workflows, select suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance and benchmark vendors.
• Monitor IT spend, identify cost‑saving opportunities and track procurement KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and risk‑management standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, preferably within IT or technology environments.
• Strong analytical abilities to monitor spend and assess supplier performance.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
