Procurement Contract Manager – Space Business Line

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Procurement Contract Manager to support its Space Business Line in Toulouse. You will act as the focal point for contract matters across multiple programmes, collaborating with internal functions and external suppliers to ensure contractual compliance and value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead contract drafting, negotiation and signing for new tenders and amendments.
• Approve contractual baselines and validate key contract elements, including risks and opportunities.
• Support procurement commodity managers throughout the tender process, from bid assessment to award.
• Maintain contract records, monitor performance, and manage amendments or extensions.
• Interact with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Finance, Legal, Export, and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or contract management within a complex, multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
