Procurement Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our fast‑growing, globally distributed team. Based in France and working in a remote‑first environment, you will support strategic procurement and vendor management across the Purchase‑to‑Pay function, collaborating with Finance, Legal, IT, Security and Data Privacy stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle, including purchase requests, approvals, renewals and vendor onboarding.
• Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing, favourable commercial terms and compliant contracts.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, monitor performance and address operational issues.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT, Security and Data Privacy teams to ensure regulatory compliance and internal governance.
• Track software and service renewals to guarantee continuity of operations.
• Maintain detailed procurement documentation and reporting for audit readiness.
• Identify and help resolve process inefficiencies and procurement‑related risks.
• Support procurement operations within Coupa and other purchasing systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in indirect procurement, especially SaaS, software licensing or professional services.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation and contract coordination skills.
• Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa (highly valued).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
