Private Assets and Estate Manager

About the role

AHS is looking for an experienced Estate Manager with a strong background in 5-star hotel management to oversee the operations of luxury estates in its portfolio. The role covers the private residences in London and Dubai and the interior of a 106m yacht, ensuring the highest standards of service, maintenance and discretion for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the private residences and the yacht interior, maintaining impeccable standards of maintenance, cleanliness and service.
• Manage, train and supervise household and yacht interior staff, fostering a culture of excellence, discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate with external contractors, vendors and service providers across the residences and the yacht.
• Develop and manage budgets, procurement and inventories across all properties and the yacht interior.
• Maintain health, safety and security protocols in line with legal and industry standards, including yacht interior SOPs.
• Use 5-star hotel management experience to raise resident service standards across the portfolio.
• Plan and run private events and gatherings at the residences and/or on the yacht.
• Keep strict confidentiality with the family, guests and staff, and act as main point of contact, coordinating with the Owner's Representative and other private asset stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5-8 years' experience in a similar Estate Manager, Household Manager or Private Assets Manager role, ideally with residence and yacht interior exposure.
• Proven work with UHNW/VIP families in a private household or superyacht setting.
• Experience managing properties across different countries; UK and UAE experience strongly preferred.
• Yacht interior management background (e.g. Chief Stewardess, Interior Manager) highly desirable.
• Fluent English; additional languages an advantage.
• Willingness to travel between London, Dubai and the yacht's location as required.
