Presales Consultant – FinTech Private Banking

About the role

The Pre‑Sales Consultant will act as the bridge between our fintech solutions and prospective private banks and wealth managers. You will showcase our market‑leading client lifecycle management platform, support the sales process, and ensure a smooth hand‑over to delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and workshops for prospects, partners and clients.
• Lead or support pre‑implementation analysis studies, including scope definition, gap identification and assumption management.
• Prepare detailed Statements of Work (SOW) and collaborate with sales on commercial terms.
• Work closely with sales, legal and project teams to address commercial and contractual aspects.
• Facilitate transition from pre‑sales to project execution, ensuring resource planning and readiness.
• Maintain and improve demonstration environments, prioritising enhancements based on feedback.
• Develop responses to RFIs and RFPs, coordinating with internal subject‑matter experts.
• Contribute to the evolution of pre‑sales methodologies and policies.

Required profile

• Analytical self‑starter with experience in software delivery.
• Strong interest in digital transformation within the wealth‑management sector.
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, legal and delivery teams.
