Postdoctoral Fellow – Computational Medicine (AI & Multi‑omics)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic researcher to join our translational medicine team and advance cancer treatment through data‑science. The postdoctoral fellow will focus on deciphering therapy resistance in Acute Myeloid Leukemia by applying AI‑driven multi‑omics approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Document state‑of‑the‑art methods relevant to the project.
• Implement, benchmark, and share analysis pipelines in R or Python.
• Perform comprehensive multi‑omic data analysis to characterize relapse‑specific tumor clones.
• Identify biomarkers or predictive signatures linked to therapy resistance.
• Prepare written reports in English and disseminate findings through publications and conference presentations.

Required profile

• PhD in Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Data Science or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with single‑cell sequencing (scRNA‑seq, proteogenomics) and high‑dimensional data.
• Proven track record developing machine‑learning or AI applications for translational research.
• Strong written and spoken English.
