Poker Operations Assistant Internship

About the role

Join Betclic’s Poker team as an intern and support the delivery of the best online poker experience. You will work on Multi‑Table Tournament (MTT) scheduling, product testing, quality assurance and performance analysis, gaining hands‑on exposure to the iGaming industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and deploying weekly MTT schedules and special tournament series.
• Participate in testing sessions on the staging environment, reporting bugs to the Product Team.
• Upload and verify commercial assets (banners, themes) on staging before live deployment.
• Monitor competitors’ MTT series, collect data and identify trends.
• Act as the primary contact for Customer Support on MTT‑related inquiries and prepare briefing documents.
• Collect, compile and analyse weekly performance data for MTTs and series, supporting strategic reporting.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Clear written and spoken communication in English.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and willing to learn Basecamp and JIRA.
• Interest in online poker and a proactive learning attitude.
