Planning & Scheduling Engineer – Life Sciences

About the role

The Planning & Scheduling Engineer will support a pharmaceutical project in Normandy, France, delivering detailed schedules and monitoring progress to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and the client to manage risks, resources and milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a Level 3 project schedule aligned with the chosen execution strategy.
• Define and optimise resource requirements and the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Monitor, control and update the master schedule, identifying delays and proposing corrective actions.
• Participate in client approval processes for baseline, progress measurement and milestone completion.
• Prepare and review tender schedules from construction contractors and integrate subcontract schedules.
• Record and monitor site work progress with support from the construction team.

Required profile

• Strong communication and adaptability when working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in pharmaceutical project environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
