PI Inventory Manager – Supply Chain & Digital Tools

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a PI Inventory Manager to join the PIOX Flow Enablement & Performance team in Toulouse. You will help steer a €1B+ inventory portfolio, design digital inventory solutions and support operational leaders in reducing costs and freeing cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Drive annual and multi‑year inventory targets to lower operating costs and improve cash generation.
• Design and roll out next‑generation digital inventory tools and analytics capabilities.
• Advise plant management, Value Stream Managers and operational teams on stock level decisions.
• Prepare executive‑level briefings for senior management to support strategic trade‑offs.
• Deploy standardized Supply & Demand processes aligned with OptiFlow and the Airbus Logistics Operating System (ALOS).

Required profile

• Proven background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Operations, Procurement or Inventory Control.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills applied to complex industrial datasets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, comfortable interacting with senior executives.
• Collaborative team player capable of proposing disruptive ideas.
