Pharmacovigilance Systems & Tools Manager

About the role

The Pharmacovigilance Systems & Tools Manager is a key business partner for Global Safety, responsible for ensuring compliant and efficient pharmacovigilance systems across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Global Safety information systems projects from needs definition through solution selection, monitoring deliverables, timelines and costs.
• Guarantee that pharmacovigilance systems meet regulatory, procedural and data integrity requirements, acting as the business referent.
• Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and inspection readiness, coordinating with ISD and Global Safety.
• Create and maintain compliant quality documentation and report departmental activities.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation solutions and support inspections and audits.
• Oversee team recruitment, development, performance and manage the allocated budget while promoting the Servier Leadership Model.

Required profile

• Advanced scientific or informatics degree with at least 6 years of pharmacovigilance experience in an international pharmaceutical environment.
• Demonstrated experience in team management.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in project lifecycle management.
• In‑depth knowledge of pharmacovigilance safety databases, related tools and their functionalities.
• Excellent knowledge of worldwide regulatory requirements for pharmacovigilance.
