About the role

The public mental health establishment (EPSM) of the Flanders region is seeking a full‑time Hospital Pharmacist to join its pharmacy unit in Bailleul, France. You will work within a multidisciplinary psychiatric setting, supporting both adult and child psychiatry services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical pharmacy activities such as medication reconciliations, therapeutic patient education, prescription reviews and pharmaceutical analyses.
• Supervise 5th‑year pharmacy students during their clinical rotations.
• Participate in quality initiatives (procedures, audits, REMED, PECM meetings, staff training).
• Take part in institutional committees and contribute to medication procurement and stock management.
• Provide on‑call pharmacy coverage on a rotating basis with colleagues from EPSM Lille Métropole.

Required profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) with a DES in Hospital Pharmacy.
• Experience or willingness to work in a psychiatric hospital environment.
• Strong scientific rigor, organizational skills, pedagogical ability and analytical mindset.
• Interest in career development, internal mobility and continuous professional training.

Required skills

• Proficiency with pharmacy information systems and software: Cariatide, Sillage, Maincare, Newac, Praticima, Eticonform.
