Pharmacien Commercial – Rennes

About the role

Phoenix OCP, the leading pharmaceutical distributor in France, is looking for a Commercial Pharmacist to join its Rennes site. The role combines business development, operational oversight and regulatory responsibility within a fast‑growing distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the sales volume and profitability of an assigned pharmacy portfolio.
• Coordinate logistical services to ensure timely product availability.
• Support pharmacists through the call centre, promoting laboratory products and company services.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and maintain the pharmacy’s pharmaceutical responsibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise operational performance and contribute to commercial targets.

Required profile

• Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D. or equivalent) and registration as a pharmacist.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution and regulatory requirements.
• Commercial mindset with experience in sales or client relationship management.
• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with logistics and call‑centre teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of French pharmaceutical regulations.
• Experience in sales or business development within the pharmacy sector.
• Familiarity with logistics processes in pharmaceutical distribution.
