People Rewards Manager - Southern Europe

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer‑focused People Rewards Manager to support reward operations across Southern Europe, primarily France, Spain and Italy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver reward processes and annual reward cycles across the region.
• Support compensation, benefits and recognition programs and lead regional reward projects.
• Conduct market benchmarking and analyse compensation survey data.
• Partner with external benefits providers and brokers.
• Collaborate with local People Partners, Payroll, Finance and Works Councils to ensure compliance.
• Provide reward advice to managers and employees and drive continuous improvement, automation and simplification.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of compensation & benefits experience in a multinational or consulting environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
• Advanced analytical skills and fluency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of C&B systems and process development.
• Experience with market pricing, job evaluation and pay planning.
• Design and administration of benefits programmes.
