Partner Associate

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Partner Associate in Paris. The role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of big events, from the moment the sales and legal team signs the commercial contract until the event closes, acting as the main contact between the event organizer and all internal teams. It is a mix of project management and operations, with on-site presence sometimes required at launches or key dates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full event lifecycle from contract signing to final closing, coordinating other departments to deliver on time and in form.
• Act as the main point of contact between the event organizer and all internal teams.
• Communicate product usability and process needs to HQ and work with product and engineering to deliver them, prioritising requirements.
• Create and maintain an exhaustive Q&A to cover potential user issues handled by the user support team.
• Ensure all project requirements have the necessary documentation.
• Be present on site during launches or other important dates depending on the event.

Required profile

• Degree holder with a project management background; 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Entrepreneurial, flexible, detail-oriented, analytical and organised, able to coordinate other departments in an ambiguous environment.
• Fluent English and French; other languages are a plus.
• Event experience is not required but is a plus.

Required skills

• Project management and coordination across departments.
• Strong communication, relationship management and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle large amounts of work and parallel work streams.
• Plus: knowledge of Facebook and Instagram promotional tools, and a strong academic background.
