Part-time Teaching in Working Methods & Project Management

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time lecturer to teach Working Methods, Project Management and Professional Skills to Bachelor I‑BE³ students at MINES Paris – PSL. The position involves 40–80 contact hours per semester and is based on‑site at the Sophia Antipolis campus.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and seminars on working methods, project management and professional competencies.
• Design and supervise project‑based learning activities, guiding student teams through real‑world problems.
• Develop and update teaching materials, case studies and assessment tools.
• Provide academic support and mentorship to undergraduate students.
• Utilise agile methodologies and collaborative tools to enhance classroom interaction.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in engineering, management or a related discipline.
• Fluent English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proven or strong potential for undergraduate teaching excellence.
• Demonstrated interest in pedagogy and student support.
