Part-Time English-Speaking Montessori Educator (Ages 3–10)

About the role

Join Montessori International School Pot-en-Ciel as a part‑time English‑speaking Montessori educator, supporting children aged 3 to 10 in a bilingual, child‑centered environment. You will work both with the kindergarten (3‑6) and elementary (6‑10) groups, delivering Montessori lessons in English and contributing to workshop sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Montessori curriculum in English for ages 3‑6 and 6‑10.
• Supervise children during classroom activities, lunch, and after‑school care.
• Prepare lesson materials and conduct on‑site planning sessions on Fridays.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain a prepared environment that fosters independence.
• Provide coverage for maternity leave in the 3‑6 classroom and support new Wednesday workshops.

Required profile

• Passionate about Montessori philosophy and bilingual education.
• Ability to observe and guide children with minimal intervention.
• Flexibility to work a varied weekly schedule totaling 30 hours.
• Commitment to authentic, respectful Montessori practice.
