Paralegal

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Paralegal to support its Legal team in managing disputes and complaints. The role involves close collaboration with lawyers, handling both litigated and non‑litigated matters, and contributing to the development of scalable legal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of litigated and non‑litigated matters under the supervision of Legal Counsels.
• Assist Legal Counsels with complex tasks such as disclosure, collection, and production of materials.
• Liaise with external counsel on cross‑border issues and manage legal spend.
• Capture knowledge and support knowledge‑sharing initiatives within the team.
• Implement new scalable processes for the Dispute Resolution team and compile management information.
• Support broader Legal team activities, including regulatory filings, corporate governance, investor relations, and intellectual property checks.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French with excellent communication skills.
• Strong motivation to work in a fast‑paced environment and willingness to take responsibility.
• Ability to manage large volumes of documents and seek technological solutions to improve efficiency.
• High degree of independence, initiative, and decisiveness.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
