Ophthalmologist positions across France – full support

About the role

Dr. Díaz Medical Recruitment is seeking licensed ophthalmologists to work in multiple locations throughout France. Opportunities include permanent, fixed‑term and short‑term assignments, with flexible schedules ranging from part‑time to full‑time commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ophthalmologic consultations and examinations.
• Manage patient flow according to the agreed daily volume.
• Collaborate with medical secretaries, orthoptists and clinical assistants who handle intake and diagnostic tests.
• Potentially perform surgical procedures where the centre permits.

Required profile

• Valid ophthalmology licence (EU or equivalent).
• Basic French language proficiency (minimum B1, preferably B2).
• Willingness to work in medium‑sized cities or rural areas with high medical demand.
• Open to permanent, fixed‑term or locum‑type contracts.
