- Supervise offshore and onshore operations, ensuring operational excellence, HSE compliance and cable integrity.
- Coordinate in real time between marine and onshore teams on pull-in, HDD preparation, TJB, burial and surveys.
- Manage inspection, maintenance and repair in the nearshore environment.
- Act as technical focal point for clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

Required profile
- Engineering degree in maritime, offshore, civil engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 to 12 years of experience in the subsea cable industry.
- Significant hands-on experience in cable landfall and shore-end operations, and in managing complex offshore and nearshore projects from tender to execution.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (marine assets, survey, diving, ROV, civil works).
- Fluent English and French; strong international mobility and willingness to travel frequently.
Required skills
- Understanding of cable installation constraints, pulling operations, cable protection systems and survey data interpretation.
- Knowledge of offshore and marine standards (DNV, BV or equivalent) is an advantage.
