Operations Modelling Project Manager

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Operations Modelling Project Manager to join the Flight Hour Services (FHS) department in Toulouse. You will work within the SMROI team, developing logistics solutions and defining industrial configurations for new sales campaigns and existing contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the FHS Operations focal point for sales campaigns, ensuring offers match the industrial set‑up.
• Represent FHS operations in industrial deviation meetings and coordinate pre‑sales activities.
• Maintain and update the logistic cost base (warehouse, transport, customs) aligned with active pools, contracted transport lines, and repair networks.
• Provide logistic cost data to support business cases and report weekly updates to the operations team.
• Prepare periodic reports highlighting major campaigns and upcoming workload.
• Propose improvements to the cost base for accuracy and performance.
• Support projects requiring logistic cost estimation and coordinate cross‑project activities (e.g., Cyrus, Scrap).

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Aeronautics, Project Management, Logistics or a related field.
• More than five years of experience in logistics cost modelling, industrial configuration, or related project management roles.
