Operations Efficiency Intern

About the role

Join Back Market’s Customer Care team as an Operations Efficiency Intern, supporting the Customer Care, Shipping & Seller Quality teams. You will act as a data intelligence hub, combining analytical expertise with operational knowledge to improve customer satisfaction and business efficiency across global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and create automation opportunities across Customer Delight, focusing on frequency, manual effort, and potential time saved.
• Assist with automation of recurring reporting, data collection, analysis, and other operational tasks.
• Support the Operations Efficiency Specialist in promoting AI and automation tools across Customer Delight teams.

Required profile

• Currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or STEM with a focus on data & analytics.
• Strong analytical and business acumen, able to communicate findings to non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work autonomously, get hands‑dirty, and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
