Operational Onboarding Manager (France)

About the role

As an Operational Onboarding Manager you will guarantee a smooth transition for Alan’s largest clients, acting as their dedicated specialist during the critical onboarding phase. You will combine relationship building, change management and hands‑on training to ensure clients adopt Alan’s prevention‑focused health insurance platform quickly and confidently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive onboarding workshops and provide hands‑on training for HR and payroll administrators on Alan’s dashboard.
• Manage complex processes such as payroll integration, employee affiliation and billing setup.
• Handle administrative requests promptly, delivering a delightful experience for clients.
• Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Customer Success, Operations, Sales, Care, Pre‑Sales and Engineering to resolve issues and improve the onboarding flow.
• Identify and address potential challenges proactively, driving internal changes when needed.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at process optimisation, tool enhancement and organisational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong passion for helping others and solving member challenges.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) at a professional level.
• Excellent communication and change‑management abilities.
• Proven experience training and supporting key accounts through digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to quickly build trusted relationships with stakeholders and act proactively.
