About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food Production Operator to join an agro‑food manufacturing client in Saint‑Maximin. The role involves operating and monitoring automated production lines in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Start, supervise and adjust automated production lines.
• Perform simple format changes and line adjustments.
• Monitor product quality through visual checks and data recording.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Prepare ingredient mixes according to manufacturing sheets.
• Weigh, dose and load raw materials such as spices, additives and flours.
• Carry out in‑process quality controls while respecting safety and hygiene rules.

Required profile

• At least 3 months of experience in weighing, mixing or food‑production environments (preferred).
• Demonstrates precision, autonomy and vigilance on the shop floor.

Required skills

• Automated production line operation.
• Weighing and dosing of raw materials.
• Quality inspection during manufacturing.
