Onboarding Specialist

About the role

Alma is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to own the mid‑market onboarding journey for merchants in France and to support retail network deployments in Italy and Spain. You will work closely with Sales, Account Management and international teams to ensure a smooth start and long‑term activation for our partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding of mid‑market retail accounts in France, including project coordination, account creation, training delivery and performance tracking for the first three months.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to guarantee seamless handovers.
• Deliver training sessions in Italian and/or Spanish for in‑store teams across Italy and Spain.
• Adapt Alma’s onboarding methodology to local market specificities and coordinate cross‑market deployments.
• Collect product feedback and verbatim from in‑store staff, channeling insights to Product and other relevant teams.
• Continuously improve training formats, activation KPIs (SLA, quality, TPV) and the overall operating model.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in customer success, project management, account management or a similar client‑facing role.
• Fluent in French and English, with strong proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish.
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities across different markets.
