职位概况
负责统筹管理汽轮、摩轮、镁瑞钉（镁合金）及通用飞机四大产品线的质量管控体系，制定并落实集团级质量战略目标。
主要职责
- 统筹四大产品线质量管控体系建设与执行。
- 制定集团质量战略，确保年度质量成本降低≥15%。
- 主导TS16949、AS9100等国际体系认证，确保通过率100%。
- 搭建数字化质量监控平台，实现产品不良率≤500PPM。
任职要求
- 全日制本科及以上学历，材料工程或机械制造相关专业。
- 十年以上汽配/航空制造业质量管理经验，含3年以上跨国团队管理经验。
- 精通APQP、PPAP质量工具，英语CET-6以上，可进行工作交流。
- 持有六西格玛黑带证书者优先，熟悉Minitab数据分析软件。
