职位概况

负责螺旋桨发动机技术战略规划与研发体系建设，主导核心技术攻关，确保产品技术先进并具市场竞争力。

主要职责

制定中长期技术路线，组织核心技术创新。
主持发动机总体设计、方案论证与集成开发，统筹多学科协同。
负责适航认证与合规管理，主导型号取证全流程。
统筹研发、试验、生产、供应链，解决量产交付中的技术难题。
领导技术团队建设与人才培养，提升研发能力。
对接国内外合作伙伴，推动技术引进与联合研发。

任职要求

10年以上航空发动机研发或相关领域工作经验。
硕士及以上学历，航空、航天或机械工程专业优先。
熟悉适航法规及认证流程（TC/PC/STC）。
具备跨学科项目管理和团队领导能力。
能够统筹研发、试验、生产及供应链协同工作。
