万丰奥特控股集团在全球航空及高端装备领域寻找具备10年以上经验的全球销售总监，负责中国及海外市场的飞机及相关产品销售，制定并执行全球销售战略。
主要职责
- 负责中国地区万丰飞机的销售业务，拓展市场份额并完成销售目标。
- 负责海外市场的销售业务，开发国际客户并维护长期合作关系。
- 制定全球销售战略，带领团队实现业绩指标。
- 分析市场动态，优化销售策略以适应不同区域需求。
任职要求
- 10年以上全球销售管理经验，拥有航空或高端装备行业背景者优先。
- 熟悉中国及国际市场销售模式，具备跨文化商务谈判能力。
- 优秀的团队管理和战略规划能力。
- 英语可作为工作语言，能够适应频繁的国际出差。
必备技能
- 流利的英语沟通能力。
