职位概况

负责万丰集团质量管理全局，搭建统一高标准质量管控体系，推动各业务板块质量能力升级，保障产品全生命周期质量合规，支撑集团战略落地。

主要职责

牵头构建多业务板块的一体化质量管理体系，制定统一质量方针与目标。
统筹推进质量体系落地、审核与持续优化，监督体系运行有效性。
主导产品全生命周期质量管控，监督各板块严格执行质量流程。
处理重大质量事故及投诉，组织专项工作组快速溯源并闭环整改。
建立质量数据统计与分析体系，定期输出集团级质量分析报告。

任职要求

10年以上质量管理工作经验，具备汽车零部件或配件行业背景。
硕士及以上学历，英语和普通话流利。
熟悉质量体系建设、供应商质量管理及跨部门协作。
