主要职责
- 拓展中国地区万丰飞机销售业务，提升市场份额。
- 开拓海外市场，开发并维护国际客户关系。
- 制定全球销售策略，推动团队完成销售指标。
- 分析市场动态，优化销售方案以适应不同区域需求。
任职要求
- 10年以上全球销售管理经验，具航空或高端装备行业背景优先。
- 熟悉中国及国际市场销售模式，具跨文化商务谈判能力。
- 优秀的团队管理和战略规划能力。
- 英语可作为工作语言，能够适应频繁的国际出差。
必备技能
- 流利的英语沟通能力。
