职位概况

负责统筹集团质量管理工作，搭建统一化、高标准的质量管控体系，推动各业务板块质量能力升级，保障产品全生命周期质量合规，支撑集团战略落地。

主要职责

牵头搭建多业务板块的一体化质量管理体系，制定统一质量方针与目标。
统筹推进质量体系的落地、审核与持续优化，监督体系运行有效性。
主导产品全生命周期质量管控，监督各板块严格执行质量流程。
处置重大质量事故及投诉，组织专项工作组快速溯源并落实整改。
建立质量数据统计与分析体系，定期输出集团级质量分析报告。
统筹质量团队建设，制定人员任职标准与培养计划。

任职要求

10年以上质量管理工作经验，具备汽车零部件及配件行业背景。
硕士学历以上，具备质量体系建设与跨板块协同经验。
熟悉国内外质量法规、行业标准，具备英语沟通能力。
具备优秀的组织协调、问题分析与解决能力。

必备技能

质量管理体系（ISO/TS）建设与维护
质量数据分析与报告编制
跨部门协同与项目推进
英语口语与书面沟通
