负责万丰集团在中国及全球范围的飞机销售业务，制定并执行全球销售战略，带领团队实现业绩目标。
主要职责
- 负责中国地区的万丰飞机销售，拓展市场份额并达成销售目标。
- 负责海外市场的飞机销售，开发国际客户并维护长期合作关系。
- 制定全球销售战略，推动销售团队达成业绩指标。
- 分析市场动态，优化销售策略以适应不同区域需求。
任职要求
- 10年以上全球销售管理经验，具航空或高端装备行业背景者优先。
- 熟悉中国及国际市场销售模式，具跨文化商务谈判能力。
- 优秀的团队管理和战略规划能力。
- 英语可作为工作语言，能够适应频繁的国际出差。
必备技能
- 英语沟通能力。
