主要职责
- 负责中国地区万丰飞机销售，提升市场份额并完成销售目标。
- 开拓海外市场，开发并维护国际客户关系。
- 制定并执行全球销售战略，带领团队达成业绩指标。
- 分析市场动态，优化销售策略以适应不同区域需求。
任职要求
- 10年以上全球销售管理经验，航空或高端装备行业背景优先。
- 熟悉中国及国际市场销售模式，具备跨文化商务谈判能力。
- 优秀的团队管理和战略规划能力。
- 英语可作为工作语言，能够适应频繁的国际出差。
必备技能
- 英语流利，具备商务沟通能力。
