About the role

Sephora is looking for an Offer Controller to join its European Middle East (EME) central controlling team. The role focuses on analysing sales and margin performance, building forecasts, and supporting both central and local teams with financial insights.

Key responsibilities

Analyse monthly sales, margin and budget expenditure across brands.
Produce multi‑axis KPI analyses and a rolling forecast for key indicators.
Communicate risks and opportunities, recommending corrective actions.
Participate in annual offer negotiations and objective setting.
Coordinate country‑level analyses, share benchmarks and best practices.
Develop and propose new analytical tools and processes using SAP, Power BI and Excel.

Required profile

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Controlling.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail.
Strong analytical mindset, proactive, rigorous and autonomous.
Excellent written and spoken English.
