Network Production Planner (M/F/X)

About the role

Join Mars Wrigley’s integrated supply chain team in France as a Network Production Planner. You will be responsible for creating accurate short‑term production plans that ensure iconic brands such as M&M's®, Maltesers® and Skittles® are available across European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate feasible production plans for finished and semi‑finished goods to factories.
• Own short‑term (0‑12 weeks) finished‑goods availability for the assigned portfolio across Europe.
• Monitor real‑time demand‑supply imbalances, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with markets, factories and regional stakeholders to resolve constraints and make critical decisions.
• Analyse performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in cash, cost and customer‑service results.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain or logistics, preferably in a fast‑paced global CPG/FMCG environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using Advanced Planning Systems (APS).
