National Security Program Leader – Corporate Security

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a National Security Program Leader to define and drive the security strategy for its military helicopter programmes. Based at the Marignane site, you will act as the central coordinator ensuring that all security requirements – physical, industrial and information‑system related – meet national and international defence regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, harmonise and prioritise security actions for military programmes in collaboration with National Security Officers and Program Security Officers.
• Analyse defence contracts, Program Security Instructions, PASI and security annexes to anticipate and specify security needs.
• Guide and support implementation teams, ensuring correct execution of security measures without direct operational management.
• Lead the network of Program Security Officers, Site Security Officers and National Security Officers to maintain a cohesive security approach across sites.
• Monitor contractual compliance, optimise security‑related costs and resources, and act as the single point of contact for national authorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security programme management within the defence or aerospace sector.
• Strong knowledge of national and international defence regulations and security standards.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple functions and sites.
• Ability to translate security requirements into clear specifications for operational teams.
