National & International Admissions Manager

About the role

The National & International Admissions Manager will drive the economic and financial performance of GUS France, supporting strategic decision‑making for the CEO and Operations Committee. The role combines market analysis, business development, team leadership and performance reporting to grow student enrolment across national and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute business development strategies, selecting recruitment fairs, exhibitions and promotional events across acquisition, conversion and retention phases.
• Develop compelling sales propositions and value messaging aligned with academic programmes.
• Conduct market, competitor and technology intelligence, benchmarking and trend analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead commercial campaigns to generate and convert prospective student leads and achieve enrolment targets.
• Represent GUS France with referral partners, education stakeholders and external influencers.
• Manage, coach and develop a team, setting objectives, coordinating activities and monitoring performance.
• Collect, analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in higher‑education admissions, student recruitment or related business development roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce and interpret economic and financial performance indicators.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement market‑focused strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Experience leading and developing teams, setting clear objectives and driving results.
• Excellent communication skills for representing the institution with partners and stakeholders.
