MRO Operations Business Analyst (SAP S/4HANA)

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking an MRO Operations Business Analyst to join the Material Support & Logistics department in Marignane, France. You will help shape the future of aeronautics by supporting the transition to SAP S/4HANA and improving MRO supply‑chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support and evolve the ERP product, participating in the migration from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA for internal and external component repair operations.
• Lead the Scrum team together with the Scrum Master, managing planning, budget, resources and risks according to SAFe/Agile methodology.
• Define and prioritize the backlog of features, gather requirements, create specifications and oversee testing and training.
• Communicate with stakeholders, contribute to process definition and drive change‑management activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MRO, supply‑chain or digital project management, preferably in aerospace.
• Fluent in English and French with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Proven experience in project or work‑package leadership and change management.

Required skills

• SAP ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA repair and logistics modules.
• Agile methodologies, Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
• Project Management techniques.
