About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a Mobile Software Engineer to create the core mobile experience that millions of members will use daily. You will shape the mobile foundation of a health‑focused platform, turning complex health data into simple, engaging interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the Alan mobile app using React Native.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability for a global user base.
• Craft smooth, emotionally resonant UI flows that delight members.
• Implement internationalisation and localisation to support multiple markets.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end‑to‑end features.
