Mobile Application Developer

About the role

Sport Network Inc® is looking for a full‑time remote Mobile Application Developer to build and maintain the mobile experience of its social platform dedicated to Olympic sports fans, athletes and organisations. You will work closely with product managers, designers and backend engineers to deliver high‑quality, performant, and scalable mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship new features for iOS and Android applications.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services, handling data storage and synchronization.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews.
• Document technical decisions and maintain up‑to‑date project documentation.
• Ensure applications meet security, accessibility and app‑store compliance standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement of the mobile technology stack and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Passion for sports and social media platforms is a plus.

Required skills

• Mobile Application Development and Application Development.
• Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP).
• iOS Development.
• Experience with Swift, Kotlin, React Native or Flutter.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQLite, Realm or Core Data.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
